Charlelie Laurent

Charlelie Laurent is a postdoctoral fellow in the PSAAP III project at the Center for Turbulence Research at Stanford University, where his research focuses on the development of novel data-driven models to accelerate multi-fidelity simulations of combustion and two-phase flows on heterogenous parallel architectures.  Charlelie holds a BS from Ecole Normale Supérieure of Paris-Saclay and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique, France, and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from INP Toulouse, France (Subject: combination of reduced-order models and high-fidelity simulations for the prediction of combustion instabilities in liquid-rocket engines).

Laurent's research interests include data-driven reduced-order models and Scientific Machine Learning.
